Hi! I’m a woman in her forties. When I am feeling well, I enjoy riding my spin bike, lifting weights, and doing yoga before daylight. Long walks with my daughters are also fun too. Making healthy meals and researching wellness are hobbies I enjoy as well. Additionally, I am a certified Master Trainer and Health Coach.

Living with Bipolar Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is hard. Some days I struggle immensely. However, I do feel moments of bliss. Moments where I am supremely happy for the humble blessings in my life and in my very existence.
